The robotic-trained surgeons at Georgetown Community Hospital have 12 years of collective experience, having completed over 2,500 cases. Based on demonstrated excellence in patient outcomes, Georgetown Community Hospital has been designated as a Mentor Case Observation site for general and bariatric robotic surgery in Kentucky. This means the robotic surgery team is training doctors and surgical teams across the nation on the use of robotic technology for surgery.
