Dr. Kevin Art, Georgetown College graduate, returns to Scott County as Georgetown Community Hospital’s new robotically trained urologist

Georgetown, KY – July 9, 2024 – Georgetown Community Hospital is thrilled to announce the addition of Kevin Art, MD to the team of specialists on its medical staff. Dr. Art, a highly skilled robotic urologist, brings extensive expertise and a personal connection to Georgetown. 

Dr. Art graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Georgetown College in 2001, demonstrating early his dedication to the sciences and commitment to excellence. He continued his academic journey at the University of Kentucky, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2005. His distinguished career progressed as he completed his residency in urology at the University of Kansas, serving as Chief Urology Resident and completing his residency in 2011.
