Should you, the patient, or your designated guardian, advocate, support person, or representative feel at any time that we have not met your expectations; we welcome your comments, concerns, and complaints. Sharing your concerns and complaints will not compromise your access to care, treatment, and services. The hospital supervisor is available 24 hours a day for immediate concerns and can be accessed by request to any Georgetown Community Hospital team member.
